- Customer Self-Service Portal: The beneficiary must visit https://bobprepaid.yappay.in to view full card details (including expiry date and CVV), generate/regenerate PIN, check balance, view transaction details, and temporarily lock the card.
- PIN Generation: PIN generation is mandatory via the customer self-service portal for transactions. For re-issuance of a lost/forgotten PIN, customers can visit a Bank of Baroda branch (charges apply) or regenerate it via the self-service portal, where it will be delivered to the registered email ID in a secured PDF.
- Card Details Delivery: 10-digit card kit number and card load amount details are provided to the beneficiary via SMS and email.
- Balance Enquiry: Card balance can be checked by logging into the customer self-service portal or by calling the 24-hour Customer Care toll-free number 1800 1039 586.
- Dispute Resolution: For transaction disputes or assistance, contact the toll-free number 1800 1039 586 or email bobsupport@yappay.in.
- Card Replacement/Revalidation: In case of a lost/stolen/damaged card or expiry, customers need to contact the issuing branch, fill out an application, provide KYC, and submit the old card (if not lost/stolen) to receive a new virtual variant. Balance from the old card will be transferred to the new card after deducting applicable fees.
- Refund of Card Balance: Customers can utilize funds to bring the card balance to zero and then submit a request to surrender the card.
- Post-Expiry Balance: An SMS alert is sent 45 days before card expiry. Customers can utilize funds or revalidate the card. If funds are not utilized or the card is not revalidated, the remaining balance will be transferred to the cardholder's linked account upon request.

- Login to the customer self-service portal and register to view full card details, expiry date, and CVV.
- Make a separate safe note of your card number and customer care number for emergency use.
- Hotlist the card immediately by calling customer care if your mobile phone is lost or card details are compromised.
- Don'ts:
- Do not share payment credentials (Card Details, CVV, Expiry Date and Month, OTP) with anyone, even if they claim to be a Bank of Baroda employee.
