How to Apply & Load Money
- A Bank of Baroda account is not mandatory; both account holders and non-account holders can purchase the card.
- Visit any Bank of Baroda branch to purchase the card over the counter.
- Submit the application form along with the funds; the card is activated in real time.
- The beneficiary receives a 10-digit card kit number and card load amount details via SMS and email.
- To view full card details, expiry date, and CVV, and to generate a PIN, the beneficiary must mandatorily visit the customer self-service portal: https://bobprepaid.yappay.in.
- For reloading, the customer must approach any Bank of Baroda branch with a reload request.
- The card can be reloaded multiple times before the expiry date, with a minimum reload value of Rs. 100 and a maximum reload value of Rs. 1,00,000, subject to the total balance cap.

Refund & Card Closure Terms
- To surrender the card, the customer must utilize or withdraw all funds to bring the balance to zero and then submit a surrender request.
- Upon card expiry, an alert SMS is sent 45 days prior to the registered mobile number to utilize the remaining funds.
- The cardholder has the option to revalidate the expired card by visiting the issuing branch.
- If the card is not revalidated and funds remain after expiry, the balance will be transferred to the linked account of the cardholder upon request.
- For replacement or revalidation, the customer must contact the issuing branch, fill out an application, and provide KYC. The virtual variant will be replaced or revalidated with a virtual variant only.
- Upon revalidation, the old card is replaced in the system, and the available balance is transferred to the new card in real time after deducting applicable fees and taxes.

- Suspicious links received via SMS or email claiming to be related to the prepaid card should not be clicked or opened.
