- Any person wishing to purchase a card can visit any Bank of Baroda branch and purchase it over the counter.

- In accounts with multiple holders, multiple cards can be issued, with one card per account holder.
- For corporate customers, there is no limit on the number of cards per account, provided Full KYC of the beneficiary/cardholder is furnished by the corporate.

Important Product Details
- This is an EMV chip card variant.
- It is issued in Indian Rupees (INR) only and can be used exclusively in India.
- The minimum amount that can be loaded on the card is Rs. 100.
- The maximum amount permitted in a card at any point in time is Rs. 1,00,000.
- The card can be reloaded multiple times before its expiry date, subject to the maximum balance limit.
- Cards are valid for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of issuance or the date of expiry mentioned on the card, whichever is earlier.
- The card is activated in real-time upon receiving funds and the application form.
- SMS alerts are provided for activation, reload, expiry, and all transactions.
- Cardholders have access to a 24x7 customer care team and a customer self-service portal for viewing card balance, transaction details, and PIN generation.
- The card PIN can be changed at all Bank of Baroda ATMs.
- Balance transfer from one Baroda Reloadable Card to another is not permissible.
- In case of a lost or misplaced card, immediate reporting to customer care will hotlist the card to prevent unauthorized usage.
- A temporary lock/block facility for the card is available via the customer self-service portal.
- Transaction statements can be viewed anytime on the customer self-service portal.
- The maximum daily ATM withdrawal limit is Rs. 25,000, with a per transaction limit of Rs. 10,000.
- The card can be swiped for up to Rs. 1,00,000 in a day at merchant outlets, subject to available balance.
- PIN re-issuance can be done by visiting a Bank of Baroda branch or by re-generating the PIN through the customer self-service portal, which will be delivered to the beneficiary's registered email ID in a secured PDF.
- Over-the-counter cash withdrawal from the bank using the Baroda Reloadable Card is not permitted.
- An alert SMS is sent 45 days before the card's expiry to prompt utilization of funds.
- Upon card expiry, customers have the option to revalidate the card, or remaining funds can be transferred to the linked account upon customer request.
