- Card Usage:

- It cannot be used to withdraw cash from ATM Machines as per current Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
- Checking Balance:
- Enquire balance via the bank’s internet portal: https://bobprepaid.yappay.in.
- Call the 24-hour Customer Care toll-free number: 1800 1039 586.
- Send an email to bobsupport@yappay.in, providing the card Kit Number and identification.
- PIN Management:
- Generate a new PIN using the "Forget PIN No" option on https://bobprepaid.yappay.in; an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
- Memorize your PIN and destroy your PIN Mailer immediately upon receipt.
- Card Activation: The card will be activated within 24 hours after receiving funds from the purchaser, and can then be used at any merchant location or E-commerce platform.
- Card Replacement (Physically Damaged):
- Either the Purchaser or the cardholder can visit the nearest Bank of Baroda branch.
- Submit the physically damaged card along with KYC documents.
- The damaged card will be hotlisted, and the available amount (less charges) will be transferred to a new card and handed over to the customer.
- Card Replacement (Lost/Stolen):
