- Multiple Wallets, One Card: Funds can be allocated into different wallets such as Travel, Fuel, Reimbursement, Expenses, Medical, Meal, Gift, Business Expense, Personal, and Transit (if opted for).
- Customizable Spend Controls: Ability to set spending limits per wallet and restrict usage by category or merchant type.
- Reimbursement Reporting: Provides visibility into expenses via an online dashboard.
- Reloadable: Cards can be reloaded as needed based on corporate instructions, and the Personal Wallet can be loaded by the cardholder.
- Designated Wallet Usage: Each wallet can only be used at its designated merchant categories (e.g., Meal Wallet for food outlets, Fuel Wallet for fuel pumps).
- Cash Withdrawal: Enabled only for the Expense and Reimbursement Wallets at any ATM in India. ATM charges will be debited from these wallets.
- Personal Wallet: Cardholder-funded via Payment Gateway for personal spends, supports Fund Transfer to any Bank Account via IMPS/NEFT, and can be used as NCMC (National Common Mobility Card).
- Balance Transfer Restrictions: Balance in one wallet cannot be transferred to another, except balance from the reimbursement wallet which can be transferred to the Personal/Transit wallet.
- No Foreign Currency Transactions: The card can only be used for transactions in INR and cannot be used for foreign currency transactions or outside India.
- Online/E-commerce Usage: The card can be used at online merchants, with each wallet usable for E-Com transactions on its respective merchant category.
- No Minimum Balance: There is no requirement to maintain a minimum balance on the card.
- No Interest on Balances: No interest is payable on PPI (Prepaid Payment Instrument) balances.

Card Management
- Limits Management: Card limits can be managed after logging into the Web Portal/Mobile App under "Card Control Usage," allowing users to set limits for POS, ATM, E-com, and Contactless channels, and switch channels On/Off.
- PIN Management: A Green PIN can be set/modified via the App/Web portal using OTP validation. This PIN is used for POS and ATM transactions.
- Card Expiry: The card expiry date is printed on the front of the card.
- Transaction Alerts: SMS alerts are received on the registered mobile number for all transactions.
- Card Tokenization: The card can be tokenized for online transactions, and tokens can be viewed and edited from the RBL Bank Prepaid Mobile App/Web Portal.
KYC and Activation Process
- Cardholders are onboarded by their employer, receiving login details via email.
- KYC can be completed through the RBL Bank Prepaid Web Portal/App, with a Video KYC option available.
- Post successful KYC and bank processing, the card is generated and dispatched within 4-7 working days.
- Card activation is done via OTP validation on the RBL Bank Prepaid Card Web portal/App once the card is received.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
- Reporting: In case of a lost or stolen card, a replacement can be requested by contacting the Bank’s Customer Service team or by instantly locking/blocking the card via the Mobile App/Web Portal.
- Balance Transfer (Lost/Stolen): Balances in existing wallets are transferred to the replaced card after due diligence. Chip balance/Offline wallet balance will not be transferred.
- Balance Transfer (Damaged): For damaged cards, balances in existing wallets are transferred. Chip balance/Offline wallet balance can be transferred only if the damaged card is submitted to Designated Bank Authorities, with the transfer taking 7 working days.
- Reissuance Fee: The fee for reissuance is INR 249 plus GST.
Expense Reporting and Reimbursements
- Cardholders can record expenses, trips, and advances, and raise expense reports on the App/Web portal for approval within their organization.
- Reimbursement timelines are subject to the policies and guidelines set by the cardholder's organization.

- Card Security:
- Cardholders are advised to keep the card in personal custody and not allow others to use it.
- Sign on the reverse of the card immediately upon receipt.
- Do not disclose PIN or OTP to anyone.
- Report any misuse or frauds to the Bank’s customer service team.
- Inactive Cards: A prepaid card with no financial transaction for one year will be made inactive after notification and can be reactivated after validation and due diligence.
- FATCA Declaration: Mandatory for all bank account holders/customers in India, requiring self-certification about tax residence. Selecting "Yes" indicates being a tax resident of India and not any other country.
- Login Access: The card can be accessed through the Web portal (ems.rbl.bank.in) or the "RBL Expense Management" Mobile App (available on Playstore and AppStore).
- Account Lockout: Entering an incorrect password three times will lock/block the account for 24 hours, during which password reset is also not possible.
- Transaction Discrepancy: In case of any discrepancy, report it via the customer care number or email, or immediately block the card through the self-service option on the Mobile App/Web Portal.
