- Wallet-Specific Usage: Each wallet can only be used at its designated merchants and for up to the amount loaded in that specific wallet. For example, the Meal Wallet can only be used at food outlets and restaurants.

How to Apply & Load Money
- Application Process: The card is currently offered through Corporate tie-ups and to employees of respective Corporates.
- KYC Completion: Once onboarded by the employer, cardholders receive an email with login details for the RBL Bank Prepaid Web Portal/App. KYC can be completed by selecting the option in the portal/app, using Video KYC.
- Card Activation: After receiving the physical card, cardholders must log in to the RBL Bank Prepaid Card Web portal/App, where a virtual card image is visible. The card can be activated by OTP validation sent to the registered Email ID/Mobile number.
- Loading Funds:
- The RBL Bank Primario Multiwallet Card is loaded based on instructions received from the cardholder's company. An SMS alert is sent when the card is loaded.

Refund & Card Closure Terms
- Card Closure Fee: INR 100 per instance.
- Lost or Stolen Card: In case of a lost or stolen card, it can be instantly locked/blocked via the Mobile App/Web Portal or by contacting the Bank’s Customer Service team (022-71209091). A replacement card can be requested, and balances in existing wallets will be transferred to the replaced card post due diligence. However, chip balance/offline wallet balance shall not be transferred to a replaced card under any circumstances for lost/stolen cards.
- Damaged Card: For a damaged card, a replacement can be requested by contacting the Bank’s Customer Service team. Balances in existing wallets will be transferred to the replaced card post due diligence. Chip balance/offline wallet balance can be transferred to a replaced card only if the damaged card is submitted to Designated Bank Authorities. The balance transfer would be completed within 7 working days from the time the damaged card is received by the Bank.
- Card Expiry: The card expiry date is printed on the front of the card. The card can only be used until its validity period.
- Inactive Card: A prepaid card with no financial transaction for a period of one year will be made inactive after sending a notification to the cardholder. It can be reactivated only after validation and applicable due diligence, allowing the money on the card to be used.

- FATCA Declaration: FATCA declaration is mandatory for all bank account holders/customers in India, requiring self-certification about tax residence. Selecting "Yes" denotes being a tax resident of India and not of any other country.
- Account Lockout: An account will be locked/blocked for 24 hours if an incorrect password is entered 3 times for security reasons. Password reset is also not possible within this 24-hour period.
