- EMI at POS facility is available on POS terminals managed/owned by M/S WorldLine Private Limited, irrespective of the bank.
- The maximum cash limit is 50% of the total spending limit.
- A maximum of Rs. 15,000 can be withdrawn per day from any ATM location worldwide.
- The billing cycle runs from the 16th of the current month to the 15th of the next month.
- Payment for the card is to be made on or before the 5th of the succeeding month, a schedule designed to suit the requirements of salaried individuals.
- Flexible credit limits are available for add-on cards.
- The card must be activated within 30 days from the date of issuance to avoid its closure, as per RBI Guidelines.

- Press 1 for English or 2 for Hindi.
- Press 2 for Activation of New Card.
- Enter the 16-digit full card number followed by #.
- Enter the Card Expiry Date (MMYY format) mentioned on the card.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Your card will be activated.

- Visit https://cclogin.bankofindia.co.in/.
- Register and log in using your Customer ID (registered with the card) and password.
- Under the "Requests" tab, click on "Card Activation".
- Select your Card Number.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Through Omni Neo Mobile Banking App
- Log into the App and go to the "My Cards" section.
- Select the card appearing in the window pane.
