Card Eligibility Criteria
- Individuals, staff/non-staff members, private limited companies, partnership firms, and public limited companies are eligible.
- Applicants must have a steady source of income verifiable through Income Tax Returns.

- Card Type: Chip card with Photo.
- Global Acceptance: The card is accepted at all domestic and foreign merchants across the globe.
- EMI Facility: EMI at POS facility is available on Point-of-Sale terminals managed or owned by M/S WorldLine Private Limited, irrespective of the bank.
- Cash Limit: The maximum cash limit is 50% of the total spending limit.
- ATM Withdrawal Limit: A maximum of Rs. 15,000 can be withdrawn from ATMs per day.
- Billing Cycle: The billing cycle runs from the 16th of the current month to the 15th of the next month.
- Payment Due Date: Payment is due on or before the 5th of the succeeding month, which is generally suitable for salaried individuals.
- Add-on Cards: Flexible credit limits are available for add-on cards.

Steps for Card Activation

Important Note: The card must be activated within 30 days from its issuance date to avoid closure, as per RBI Guidelines.

Through IVR/Toll Free:
- Dial IVR No: 022 4042 6006 or Toll Free No: 1800220088.
- Press 1 for English or 2 for Hindi.
- Press 2 for Activation of New Card.
- Enter the 16-digit full card number followed by #.
- Enter the Card Expiry Date mentioned on the card in MMYY format.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Your card will then be activated.

- Click on https://cclogin.bankofindia.co.in/.
- Register and login using your Customer ID registered with the card and password.
- Under the "Requests" tab, click on "Card Activation".
- Select your Card Number.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Your card will then be activated.

- Log into the App and navigate to the "My Cards" section.
- The card will appear in the window pane; click on it to select.

- Enter your desired 4-digit PIN followed by #.
- Re-enter the 4-digit PIN followed by #.
